James,
To assist the restoration side of your website, I am making our Rhodes Reliant - Offshore 40 Handbook of Restoration and Upgrades available for download off the web.  It is available at: http://astro.temple.edu/~bstavis/rr/documents.htm
The Handbook provides an extremely detailed discussion of a very wide range of restoration issues, from keel bolts to masthead fittings, from stem fittings to exhaust pipes, and just about everything in between.  It may, or may not, be useful to owners of other Cheoy Lee boats.
