I am in the processes of setting a new aluminum mast and boom. Special care has been dedicated to not disturb the look of the original design. I am thinking about faux painting the aluminum in woodgrain, wood-stained. Malvinas still have the original teak deck and wood applications as designed by DeClerc, I will restored too. The rest of the equipments is the original, including the engine, electrical wirering, all standing rigging (except the mast and boom), sails and some of the running rigging ( totally outdated and fragil, but nice looking). All the interior is original (minus fabrics). Even the depth sounder is the original. I will soon submit photos.
