General:
Ray Richards designed blue water cruiser.
Comfortable live aboard, (I have lived aboard since 1995) with Cheoy
Lee’s beautiful varnished amber colored teak interior that is open and
spacious with tons of storage space. I replaced the cushions and
fabric with teal sunbrella shortly after purchasing. The 9 opening
ports are glass w/chrome plated bronze frames. There are four large
cabin top hatches along with 3 dorade vents which give adequate
ventilation. The boat has Cruise Air reverse cycle air conditioning
with updated electronic controller and a newly installed headliner
with insulation. A bottom job was done June 2006 including replacement
of all original seacocks.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Private Aft Cabin: Master aft stateroom starboard of companionway
with large hanging locker, 3 drawers and a two shelf storage locker.
Double berth with large cabin hatch overhead and two opening ports.
Sea Berths: Two six foot sea berths to port of companionway.
Forward Cabin: Single V berth with storage under berth, two drawers
and hanging locker converted to shelves. Large overhead cabin hatch.
Main Salon: Large, spacious curved seating around dining table. Table
lowers to make a very large double berth with overhead cabin hatch.
Large hanging locker. 4 opening ports. 13" flat screen TV, book
shelves, stereo, storage under seats, compression post.
Galley: U shaped with new 3 burner Force 10 propane stove/oven with
electric start burners and solenoid propane shutoff. Top and side
loading icebox with Adler Barbour 12 volt refrigeration. Single sink,
hot/cold pressure water with foot pump, microwave, and one opening
port.
Nav
Station: Fold down table forward of sea berths and next to electrical
panel with opening port.
Head: New Raritan head and holding tank. Shower, pressure hot/cold
water, washbasin with mirror framed with teak, storage, one opening
port.
SAILS:
Furlex roller furling, jib in good condition.
New main sail. Older mizzen, mizzen staysail, newer sail covers, total
sq. ft. 820’
SPARS/RIGGING
Masts and booms are spruce, wood in good condition. Running rigging
just replaced.
ON DECK
Lifelines recently replaced. Sea Tiger manual windless. Removed teak
decks and painted cabin top with awlgrip. Wood trim well maintained,
recently coated with Cetol. Hatch and handrail covers. Added boom
gallows. Added dinghy davits. Two dinghies, 8ft. WalkerBay and Avon
9ft inflatable. Two outboards, Nissan 5 and 3.5 hp. Two CQR anchors,
35lb and 45lb, Danforth style lunch hook and Danforth 45lb. Working
rode 60ft chain with 100ft ¾”, second rode 150ft 5/8” with 12ft chain.
2 Lewmar self-tailing #48 winches, 2 Lewmar self-tailing #44 winches
in cockpit. 2 halyard winches on cabin top, halyard winches on main
and mizzen. New dodger and dodger cover and cockpit awning 2005.
Shadetree awning covers main to mizzen. Triangular awning for forward
of mast. Leather covered wheel.
ELECTRICAL:
Rewired electric panel 2006. 5 standard 110V and 12V outlets. Fully
automatic Statpower charger. High output alternator with regulator.
Two automatic bilge pumps. 6 6V golf cart batteries set in 2 banks
with in-line fuses. CPT autohelm. Prowatt 600 inverter. Link 1000.
Electric panel with breakers. Depth gauge. Garmin handheld GPS.
Stereo/CD player.
ENGINE:
Perkins 4.108 was installed by previous owner
with 433 hrs displaying on hour meter. Current reading is 760 hrs. I
pulled the engine in 1999, cleaned and painted the block and replaced
all water hoses and the high-pressure oil hoses as well as cleaning
the fresh water cooling system and replaced the exhaust elbow. Shortly
after I replaced the shaft and cutlass bearing and installed a
dripless stuffing box.

Many, many extra parts, lines, fenders, life
preservers, safety equipment etc. have been accumulated over the
years.
