This boat was rebuilt and launched on May of 2001.

Here is a list of some of the jobs done during a 3 years period.

- All hardware dismantled
.- The interior hull and bilges scrapped and epoxy painted in white.
.- The interior bulkhead venire replaced Epoxy glued.
.- The sea-cocks replaced with bronze ball sea-cocks.
- Added a 15 gallons waste tank. This makes it compliance for sailing on restricted waters.
- New head. Blake, vacuum operated.
- All electrical wiring has been replaced with a new distribution panel and breakers.
- All plumbing has been replaced
- Overhauled engine.
-.New fuel tank. 22 gallons.
-Replaced the wheel bearing with Teflon ones.
- New teak deck. West System epoxy. No bang to leak.
- All ports replaced with 3/8” Lexan plastic, screwed into the cabin side. No more ports leaks.
- Replaced the cabin side with 3/8’ solid teak.
- The hull treated with Interlux Interprotect.
.- The top sides painted with Interlux Interthane Plus.
- The list can go on and on..

As the result of all this work, the boat, I will say, is better than new. I have a Cheoy Lee with absolutely no leaks. Even the staffing box is provided with drip-less packing. The result is a dry Cheoy Lee up to the bilge. It has an automatic bilge pump that never being used.
