General:
This boat is considered a fresh water boat. Owner reworked the boat three years ago. Replaced a good portion of the electrical system, the sails have been reconditioned and are in very good shape. Self tailing winches on both port and starboard side as well as standard winches. Self Tailing winch on mast as well.
The head has been removed and a porta potty is in place. basically for convenience sake. There is a marine head available. The alcohol stove and oven are not in place , but can be installed as they are available.
